I've got some Shipping questions.

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number you received in the correlating “Your Order Has Been Shipped” email.

We stock Australian and New Zealand brands only, meaning your parcel will be posted within 48 hours after the order has been received and sent via your local postage service (unless it's made to order). The rest is up to the Australian and New Zealand Postage Gods and will vary depending on where you live and any delays due to COVID-19.

Made-to-order orders will be posted within 10-14 business days.


All orders over $75 will ship free of charge, and orders under $75 will include a $12.50 shipping free. This is applicable to all Australian and New Zealand orders. However, please note that due to the fragility of The Dirt Company products, they do not currently offer shipping to New Zealand.

If your order contains items from more than one brand, you may receive each piece in separate packages. For example, if you order jeans from Outland Denim, a bikini from Hakea, and some laundry detergent from The Dirt Company, you’ll be getting three separate packages, as each respective business will be sending your order out directly from their HQ.

It may seem wasteful to receive three different packages, but we find it’s much better for the environment than if we were to receive the packages from the individual companies and then ship them off to you from EME HQ. By cutting this step out and getting your goodies sent directly from the supplier, we have essentially removed EME’s carbon footprint from the mix.

At this current point in time we’re only shipping within Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand). You can thank the COVID-induced postage debacles for that. BUT we are working on shipping globally, and we’ll keep you in the loop any updates.

We’re working on a way to ship globally. However, because of the postage delays brought about by the COVID pandemic, we currently only offer shipping within Australia and to New Zealand.

We do our very best to ensure that none of the products featured on our site are unavailable for purchase. However, we are only human, and because of the amount of independent businesses we work with, mistakes can be made. On the off chance an item is not available to purchase or there have been sale discrepancies, we will seek to rectify the situation in any way we possibly can.

Regardless of how many packages you receive and where you order them from, they will all arrive in the same Ethical Made Easy-approved packaging. Our satchels are from The Better Packaging Company; these babies may feel like plastic but they’re actually completely home compostable, and will biodegrade within 3-6 months. 

The stickers we use are also biodegradable, and the cards we send out not only highlight the values specific to the brand you’ve purchased from, but also feature a totally inspiring quote on the flipside. This was designed so you could pin the card on your cork board and remember what an epic human you are for supporting ethical and sustainable companies.

If your purchase isn’t made-to-order, then that ethically-crafted parcel will be on its way to you as fast as we can wrap it up and pop it in the post. 

If you have purchased a made-to-order piece, then it will be expertly handcrafted in a timeframe unique to each brand, but it should never take any longer than 10-14 days. Good things come to those who purchase slowly and consideringly, right?

What about your Returns and exchanges policies?

We've kept it short, but we hope it covers it. If not, you know how to reach us & it's not by carrier pigeon.

In some instances, yes! Anticipating an item then feeling unfulfilled when it arrives is like spending weeks planning for an event, then missing the whole thing because you over-indulged in free champagne (we may or may not be speaking from personal experience). 

There are a couple of exceptions to our returns policy. 

Any DIPP, Hakea, ROCC Naturals, or Sofia Maria purchases are final sale, and these cannot be returned except if damaged or faulty. The same applies to any personalised purchases. 

Unless the item is damaged or faulty, RUPAHAUS does not provide refunds. Any “change of mind” purchases will be honoured with a store credit. 

Z. The Label does not provide refunds on returns, instead we will offer an exchange or a store credit.

The Daily Bar does not accept returns for change-of-mind (because, food), and can only accept returns if the goods are damaged or faulty. 

Returns are not eligible for The Unseen Label or Jackfruit The Label (with the only exception being if the item is damaged or faulty). We will only accept exchanges on bras, so long as they are completely unworn.

Kappi products must not be used at all to be eligible for returns.

Please note we allow 14 day returns, and 5 day returns for any faulty items.

We’ve made a quick, easy, and painless returns form you can access here. Before you do, though, just have a quick look at our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges page to check if your return will be eligible.

Full-priced and standard items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

Faulty items must be returned within 5 days of purchase.

We only offer exchanges for the exact item you've purchased (change of size), but we cannot exchange different garments or between brands. If you have your eye on something else, we suggest requesting a store credit so you can rediscover your new favourite.

Exchanges are subject to item availability, and we’ll do our best in this regard. You will only be required to pay for shipping costs of sending the item back to the original store.

All returns, refunds and exchanges must come in their original condition, and must be unworn, unmarked, unscented, and with all tags attached. They must also include a note with your name and order number.

Once you have submitted your request to refund, return or exchange your item/s, you must post the item/s back within 5 days of your return being approved by the Ethical Made Easy team. If you do post outside of this 5 day window, you will not be eligible for a refund, and an exchange or credit note will be provided instead.

As soon as the item/s has cleared its inspection, you will be notified of your refund, return or exchange as soon as humanly possible, which for us will likely be 2-3 days. Our team is mighty but small, so we appreciate your patience.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed) or cosmetic products (if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken).

You'll need to cover the cost of returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service as Ethical Made Easy and our brands will neither be responsible nor at fault for any lost packages.

Other Stuffs

These questions couldn't fit into the above, so we gave it its own section. How fancy.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Laybuy and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Just joking about the ice cream. Kind of.
