Full-priced and standard items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Faulty items must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
We only offer exchanges for the exact item you've purchased (change of size), but we cannot exchange different garments or between brands. If you have your eye on something else, we suggest requesting a store credit so you can rediscover your new favourite.
Exchanges are subject to item availability, and we’ll do our best in this regard. You will only be required to pay for shipping costs of sending the item back to the original store.
All returns, refunds and exchanges must come in their original condition, and must be unworn, unmarked, unscented, and with all tags attached. They must also include a note with your name and order number.
There are a couple of exceptions, though. Sorry ‘bout it.
Any DIPP, Hakea, ROCC Naturals or Sofia Maria purchases are final sale, and these cannot be returned except if damaged or faulty. The same applies to any personalised purchases.
Unless the item is damaged or faulty, RUPAHAUS and Amber Days do not provide refunds. Any “change of mind” purchases will be honoured with a store credit.
BAIIA and Z. The Label do not provide refunds on returns, instead we will offer an exchange or a store credit.
The Daily Bar does not accept returns for change-of-mind (because, food), and can only accept returns if the goods are damaged or faulty.
Due to the fragility of The Dirt Company products, they do not currently offer shipping to New Zealand.
Returns are not eligible for The Unseen Label or Jackfruit The Label (with the only exception being if the item is damaged or faulty). We will only accept exchanges on bras, so long as they are completely unworn.
Kappi products must not be used at all to be eligible for returns.
Momoko Hatano Jewellery offers exchanges within 7 days of purchase though does not offer exchanges or refunds for custom made or special-sized pieces, apart from if the piece is faulty or defective.
Bluem only offers refunds and exchanges on unused and unopened bottles in their original packaging (unless the item is received in a damaged or faulty condition).
Once you have submitted your request to refund, return or exchange your item/s, you must post the item/s back within 5 days of your return being approved by the Ethical Made Easy team. If you do post outside of this 5 day window, you will not be eligible for a refund, and an exchange or credit note will be provided instead.
As soon as the item/s has cleared its inspection, you will be notified of your refund, return or exchange as soon as humanly possible, which for us will likely be 2-3 days. Our team is mighty but small, so we appreciate your patience.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed) or cosmetic products (if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken).
You'll need to cover the cost of returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service as Ethical Made Easy and our brands will neither be responsible nor at fault for any lost packages.
